This is the real reason why the language matters: a trading bot is only as good as its configuration. Anyone who has to guess at “score threshold” or “trailing activation” has to guess makes risk decisions flying blind.

Is the user interface in German?

Yes. The interface, configuration descriptions, manual and the built-in AI chat are in German. The website is additionally available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Turkish.

What does GDPR (DSGVO) compliance mean in concrete terms for a trading bot?

Above all, that it is clearly regulated which data flows where. Since the software runs locally on your computer, trading data and API keys stay on your computer. What is processed on the website and at purchase is stated in the Privacy Policy.

Will I receive a proper invoice?

Yes. The purchase runs through our own shop, and the invoice arrives automatically by email. No VAT is shown because the provider is a small business under § 19 Abs. 1 UStG — the invoice amount can be recognized by you as an entrepreneur as a business expense; an input tax deduction is not possible because no VAT is shown (please clarify tax questions with your tax advisor).

How are profits from crypto futures taxed in Germany?

That depends on your individual situation and we are not permitted to provide information on it — we are not tax advisors. Profits from crypto derivatives are generally treated differently in Germany than spot profits. Please clarify this with a tax advisor.

Do I have a right of withdrawal as a consumer?

In principle, yes. For software downloads, the right of withdrawal expires under § 356 Abs. 6 BGB as soon as provision (download and license key) begins — provided that you expressly consented during the ordering process and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
