FuturesBot is a digital product (software download + license key). Your right of withdrawal expires when provision begins if, at purchase, you expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires, you confirmed your awareness that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have confirmed the contract together with these declarations to you by email (§ 356 Abs. 6 BGB, § 312f BGB). Security and function-maintenance updates for at least 24 months from purchase; we have so far provided further updates free of charge, there is no entitlement to new features. Updates are available to download via your customer account. Applying the update: Quit the bot, unpack the new ZIP into a new folder and carry over config/ and logs/ from the old folder as well as the license and trial files (license.key, activation.lock, trial_lock.dat) — do not copy over the old folder. On first start, the user interface shows changed default settings; for each parameter you decide whether to keep your value. API keys always stay with your value. Details: README_CONFIG.

• Telegram: Create your own bot via @BotFather (free) – for remote control by command
• Claude AI: Your own Anthropic API key – for the trade check before entry and the exit check on time-based exit (off by default; costs depend on number of trades, model and web search; web searches are billed additionally by Anthropic)
• Follower account: Second exchange API key (Kraken, Bybit or Bitget) – for cross-exchange trade mirroring to a second account of your own (e.g. bot on Kraken, follower on Bybit) – same leverage as the main account, live mode only, own accounts only; trading for third parties or passing on signals may require authorization

All optional features can be enabled and disabled individually. The bot also runs fully without them.

You do the bot setup yourself – no programming skills needed; however, leveraged futures trading requires basic knowledge – first check thoroughly in paper mode. All config files are commented. Our AI support assistant is usually reachable around the clock directly on the website (voluntary additional service with a daily limit): exchange API (Kraken, Bybit, Bitget), strategies, TradingView webhooks, Telegram, Linux VPS – the AI assistant guides you step by step.
