Here you can withdraw from your contract online — without logging in, without giving reasons.
Your right of withdrawal expires for digital content pursuant to § 356 Abs. 6 BGB, as soon as we have begun providing it, after you expressly consented to immediate provision during the ordering process and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have confirmed this to you. Check your confirmation email. If the mandatory checkbox was not ticked, if you have not yet received a download/license key, or if you have not received confirmation of your consent by email, withdrawal is possible.

Fill in the form and submit it. The confirmation of receipt, with the date and time of receipt, will be sent without delay to the e-mail address provided.

To meet the 14-day deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice in time.
You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail without delay – with the date and time of receipt, the case ID and the content of your declaration.
If a right of withdrawal exists, we will refund all payments without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used for the order.
If already activated, the license key is deactivated. Continued use of the software is no longer permitted after a withdrawal has been made.
